Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry Design

 

1CONSULTATION (requires appointment)
In showroom client meeting to discuss product, style preferences, design criteria, and wish list.
2INITIAL DESIGN
Preliminary space plan layout based on measurements provided by client using 3-D software.
Provide rough estimate of the cost of the products specified.
3DESIGN RETAINER
$500 retainer fee due to proceed with follow-up consultation and provide client with design, drawings, complete specs for the project, as well as complete pricing.

4DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Technical measurement and survey of job site.
Further assessment of needs and scope.
Revision of initial design utilizing confirmed field dimensions.
Provide client with an accurate quote based on the revised design. 
5FINALIZE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
Client to supply designer with all documentation regarding appliances.
Verification of fit of appliances.
Final design proposal. 
6CONTRACT & ORDER
Execute contract.
Down payment due.
Order cabinets. 

7MATERIAL SELECTION
Flooring, wall, and ceiling treatments.
Countertops and backplashes.
Fixtures and hardware lighting. 
8PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Provide client with updates periodically to insure that time schedules are being kept and there are no developments resulting in delays or discrepancies of cabinet order. 
9DELIVERY OF CABINETS
Final balance due.
Review cabinet installation with client and client’s cabinet installer.
Schedule delivery or will-call of cabinets.
Inspection of cabinets by designer.
Order replacements if necessary.
